She said not to pop, squeeze or rub too hard because Acne is often genetic and it doesn’t mean that you’re dirty. Do clean your face regularly though! IF you squeeze, pop, or rub too hard, it gets too hard for them to seal up again and that’s what causes the Scars.Talk to your Dermatologist.

A: Bio Oil is pretty good, but is quit expensive. It works for some people but not all as it can make your back more oily, leading to more acne, but it may lighten the acne marks on your back. However, I suggest using lemon juice on your back every night or after you shower. Lemon juice is a natural bleach and when mixed with sugar it removes dead skin cells and lightens darkened areas. Keep using lemon juice on your back until your scars become visibly lighter. I hope this helps!

A: idk about a recipe, but here’s what works for me.i use a back brush and scrub my whole back in the shower, sometimes twice.after i get out, i clean it with either rubbing alcohol or peroxide. you could also use an acne astringent [clean && clear, neutrogena, etc.]then i use a fade cream on my back.
