Q: I am 17 years old and am wanting to gain weight because I am truly a stick. I am 6’2 and weigh 160 pounds, so as you can see, I could gain A LOT of weight. Also, It says you need to drink a lot of water with creatine. How much water is enough water? Any other suggestions and tips for creatine are appreciated. I also wanted to use creatine to gain muscle mass as I have a weight-lifting class at my school.
