I am a teacher of English Language and English Literature, who enjoys the escape that writing provides, and Yahoo! Contributor Network provides that avenue. I am not restricted as I am able to express myself on any topic on which I have authority. In addition, I am also able to source assignments from the assignment board.

Yahoo! Contributor Network allows me to work at my own leisure. There is no pressure. Although when I select an article from the assignment board there is a deadline, I still have ample time. Sometimes they throw articles at me based on my expertise. I may claim them and I may not. However, once I claim an assignment, I make a commitment and I must follow through if I want to be in good standing with the Yahoo Network. I am always mindful of my limit and make sure that I do not bite off more than I can chew.
Money Making Pastime
It provides a great opportunity to earn money during my spare time, but it can also become a full time job in the event that I become unemployed. The opportunities for earning are boundless. With Yahoo’s Network, I am the boss, I make my schedule and I set my target. Meanwhile, I make sure that I do not get carried away with making money and compromise my quality. There are strict guidelines to adhere to in order for the articles to gain acceptance. I find the submission guidelines and the question and answer sections very informative.
No Strings Attached
The best part is that I can choose what I want to write on. I have certain areas that I am passionate about, like parenting for example, and I enjoy just researching and writing in that field. I refer to it as “freedom of writing”, because there are no strings attached. It is really a fun way of making money. It is almost like watching television, except that I learn while I am enjoying myself. Additionally, there is scope for not only writers but photographers and videographers too.
Spreading my Wings
Yahoo! Contributor Network provides many outlets for my writing skills, like sports, news, health and finance, to name a few. With millions of visitors to the network monthly, inevitably, I end up marketing myself once I am published. The sky is the limit. I have joined a group that will allow me to realize my financial potential.
