Washington National Cathedral Damaged by Virginia Earthquake, Fulfilling Apocalyptic Prediction

In the Viking release “Super Life Secret Codes,” author Great Sun predicted that in the future, religion will no longer act as an intermediary, blocking man from getting his own wisdom directly from the Universe. In a letter, in the appendix of the book, the author warns religious leaders what may happen if they refuse to accept the change.
“If you keep doing the wrong things you will eventually be punished. If your religious architectures encounter any damage for unknown reasons, remember this is just the first step of the Universe’s punishment.”
Arrogant, brandishing statements like these have so far made the book unpopular in America, where it has sold only a few copies, In the Orient, on the other hand, where such statements are looked at differently, book sales have been in the thousands. Now, however, it must be noted, that a number of the author’s predictions are starting to come true, and readers need to consider whether the language is truly arrogant or merely expressing a harsh truth.
During the recent powerful earthquake in Virginia, the National Cathedral suffered damage to it’s roof and pinnacles. The damage to the Cathedral’s is not the first to occur to a prominent religious structure, since the book reached the marketplace. In February, an earthquake struck Christschurch, New Zealand, and at least seven churches, a church tower, a convent and a religious school were destroyed. While scientists would be quick to point out that there is no evidence that the rate of earthquakes or their severity has changed at all in the last few years, what is significant is the emotional and psychological impact of the damages to religious structures, which is exactly what the author predicted might occur.
Earthquakes are one of the most destructive natural phenomena, and man is currently not able to prevent them. Religious and iconoclastic buildings, on the other hand, are meant to be enduring symbols of an enduring reality. Earthquakes, by their very nature, destroy buildings, whereas religious structures tend to be large and imposing edifices, with fragile towers, spires, and pinnacles that are naturally vulnerable to violent shaking. So we have a natural setup for the occasional destruction of these big structures by earthquakes. When this occurs, it can’t help but beg parishioners and spectators to consider the contrast between the power of nature and the power of religion. The purpose of religious buildings is to surround worshipers with a magnificent enduring presence that should remind them of the enduring magnificence of the religious reality. This is, as the author noted, a two step process. But, when the power of the Universe invades the sanctity of these buildings, people inside, or outside watching the phenomenon, are getting a firsthand experience of the power of the Infinite. Additionally, the phenomenon is likely to continue to recur until either man learns to control the power of earthquakes, or until religious leaders sanction the building of environmentally safe structures. In either case, the solution to the problem involves a greater rapprochement between man and nature.
This is a conflict and resolution path which Great Sun predicted people will go through in the future. In retrospect, it must be said that his insight is very astute. The race of technological development, led by people who are heedless or insensitive to the surrounding universe, is bound to lead to multiple contrasting conflicts similar to this one. In fact, the author also talked about global warming, pollution of the environment, harmful additives in foods, and music with violent or depressive themes as otherexamples of the same phenomena. His hints about the end of top-down leadership, in which rulers try and substitute for the voice of nature, even hints at the spate of revolutions, the world is now seeing.
For people who want to read a comprehensive guide to living in harmony with the Universe in our increasingly technological age, “Super Life Secret Codes,” by Great Sun, is well worth looking into.
