The Law of Attraction and Physic’s String Theory

The law of attraction finds an unlikely proponent in physics and the string theory. The law of attraction is a universal law that is always working. Just like the sun, it is always on. When the sun disappears behind the earth and the day turns to night, the sun hasn’t suddenly shut-off — it is just out of momentary view.

It’s the same with the law of attraction, whether or not you think it’s working — it is — it’s always on. It responds to the energy you put out, your resonant vibration, the thoughts married to emotions that you continually emit. Though most people say the law of attraction operates like a magnet, this isn’t true because elementary science tells us that magnets attract their polar opposites. The law of attraction brings you a match to the vibration you’re putting out, not the polar opposite to it.

Physic’s string theory tells us that everything in the universe consists of tiny vibrating strings and that each of these strings is identical. NOVA’s Elegant Universe on PBS tells us “the only difference between one string and another, whether it’s a heavy particle that is part of an atom or a mass-less particle that carries light, is its resonant pattern, or how it vibrates.”

All objects, according to the string theory, have a “resonant pattern” that is theirs alone. Like when you pluck the string of a guitar, you hear a specific tone that is the “fundamental resonant pattern” or frequency of that specific string. Everything has a resonant frequency or “signature” frequency. And so do you. Your signature frequency determines what happens in your life.

If you tend toward happy thoughts and experiences, you get more of these types of experiences in your life. When you are continually negative, such as when you complain while in traffic, while waiting in line, or find something wrong with most everything in your life, you will continue to attract circumstances that will corroborate these thoughts and emotions.

Give it some thought. Think about the positive people in your life and then think about the ones that are negative. Doesn’t it “feel” better to be around the positive people? The reason it does is because we can feel the energy other people “put-out.” You know when you walk into a room where an emotionally charged argument has just taken place — you can “feel” it. So does the universe and everything around you.

To begin attracting what you want in your life, you’ve got to change your “resonant frequency pattern.” Up your life a notch and focus on the thoughts and feelings that bring you joy instead of sadness. While this may seem hard, if you make a concerted effort to think and feel happy thoughts on a consistent basis for at least 30 days, you will notice a change in your life in that period.
