While all businesses take a different amount of work and effort to be successful at, there is one out there for everyone. I found success in joining a company prior to Vi-Tel within technology. I decided a technology based home based business with recognizable products was a better fit for me vs. health and wellness companies. You have to believe and be passionate about what you are selling to be successful and I just was not convinced that unknown products were the way to go, just like some feel that nutritional home business is the way to go vs. technology.
I had never been a home based business owner prior to my recent company I was with. I became a product of my product and was focused on ensuring my success. In 5 weeks I recruited over 165 people into my organization. I didn’t even stop to realize how successful I already was in such a short amount of time. My success was a direct result of my desire and will power to be above average. I did not have any secret recipe, or tricks up my sleeve. My instant success was from pure determination and by using a systematic approach that is easily duplicated. Many people sell books on how to build a home business. While I believe there are lots of great resources out there, and I believe whole heartedly in reading daily don’t be fooled by buying peoples books that tell you they have the secret sauce. There is no secret sauce.
My ability to build an organization came down to mathematics that I am willing to teach you for FREE. I enjoy seeing others prosper and succeed. It is my way of giving back. I am not here to pitch or sell anything, much less advise you on what company or companies you should join. I can however show you how to build any business to the size you desire through a systematic mathematical approach that works every time if followed.
Seeing all of the success I was creating in my previous company, I realized the company I was promoting had no care in the world for me. I was their number one up and coming rising star and the way I was treated left me feeling very bitter. I am not a bitter person so I decided to turn that energy into forming and creating a company that cares about others, walks the walk, and to prove to my self that my success was not a fluke. I truly could do it all over again on a much larger scale.
9 months later, our new company has grown 40% month over month! We have found a niche that no other company has. Which is very important, you have to separate yourself from the competition. Vi-Tel has created a way for business owners to accept cell phone bill payments via their home based business owner’s website and earn residuals on the payments for over 20 carriers.
Brand yourself, create something unique and chase your dreams. If I can, why can’t you?
In any business you must have a WHY factor, mine was quality of life and independence. Have you identified your why? If not, you must do so immediately. This is one of the first steps in becoming a success story. The second thing you must do and Perhaps the greatest challenge you will ever face in life is the conquest of fear and the development of courage. Fear is, and always has been the biggest enemy. Third you must work on time management. Time management is critical. If you do not commit to this strategy you will fail. You have to work on a schedule and adhere to it. Your projects will never get completed if you don’t enact time management commitments. You must have high productivity time that will make major contributions to your business and personal life.
Thoughtfulness may be defined as a careful concern for the secondary consequences of each decision and each action. This is the essence of strategic thinking.
