Meditation and Prayer

A good health means a healthy body and spirit. When we are in a good mood our body destroys diseases without medicine treatment. A 5 or 10 minutes prayer meditation after exercises keeps your internal calmness. Stress is the most destructive emotion.

Listen to your body to know your needs. Keep a balanced diet and positive lifestyle so that you will be always mentally, physically and emotionally healthy.
