Leaves on Trees A Movement Poem
Green leaves on the trees.
(Children all grouped together)
Fall comes and leaves fall free.
(Children can slowly move around still staying in close together)
Blustery days make the leaves sway.
(Children sway from side to side)
Gusting winds blow fast and strong.
(Children move with fast movement throughout the space)
And now all the leaves have fallen to the ground.
(Children fall to the ground)
