Monday’s Blessing
1 Corinthians 12:28
“And God has placed in the church first of all apostles, second prophets, third teachers, then miracles, then gifts of healing, of helping, of guidance, and of different kinds of tongues.”
There are various pathways of healing at our feet. It is just a matter of picking which path provides God’s greatest wish for us. All we have to do is ask. Often, the walkway may not be flagged with neon lights. There may be just a faint glimmer to guide us. Nonetheless, it is important that we take these challenges into our own hands when healing is a priority. There is no need to live in pain, or find that our quality of life has diminished due to our own negligence.
If your life is uncomfortable, it is time to take steps in abating this misery. It is written in the Bible that there are gifts of healing, helping and guidance available. Corinthians states this, but it must be our desire to capitalize on them. Sit down, right now and ask for God’s blessing- ask him to direct you out of this frustrating period in your life. Ask him for guidance in making you well. It is a promise he has made us, and it is so!
