The Bachelor finalist who won Brad Womack’s heart in season 15 was in the headlines all winter and spring long after their official break up was announced on ABC’s The Bachelorette on July 15. A mutual friend who works for the Carolina Panthers set up Emily and the tight-end NFL player, according to Us Weekly.
Jeremy Shockey, a former player for the New York Giants, dined with Emily Maynard at the BLT Steak in Charlotte’s Ritz-Carlton hotel.
The two must have hit it off because an insider says Emily and Jeremy have been out more than once.
“They’ve been out five times,” says the pal. “Emily thinks Jeremy is nice, but she’s just having fun!”
