Cyber Monday Walmart Sales — that Go on for a Week

Walmart and other major online retailers have now expanded Cyber Monday, the single most lucrative shopping day of the year for retailers that offer items online, into Cyber Week. The world’s largest retailer, Walmart, not only started their Christmas shopping season early by opening their doors on Thanksgiving with Black Friday sales deals, they have a rolling sales event going on online that starts up on Sunday, Nov. 27, ramps up on Cyber Monday (Nov. 28), and extends all the way through to the following weekend — with sales items added daily to hold consumers’ interest.

So Christmas shoppers, what you didn’t or couldn’t get on Black Friday, you just might be able to find online on Cyber Monday (or throughout the week).

As noted by CBS News, some of the best deals on the Internet can be found through the Walmart website and include :

Toshiba 32″ LCD HD TV for under $250

HotWheels Mega Garage Playset for under $30

Xbox 360 Holiday Gamer Bundle for under $320

Disney Cars 2 Lightning McQueen Talking Feature Chair for under $20

Tramontina Dutch Oven for under $40

Danskin Women’s Velour Hoodie and Pant Set for under $15

Fuji Finepix AX330 Camera Bundle for under $60

Oral B Electric Toothbrush with bonus Crest 3-D Whitestrips for under $40

Walmart also offers free shipping on home orders of $45 or more on Cyber Week specials. As an added incentive, Walmart.com will offer over 250 sales items that are exclusive to their online Cyber Week sales event.

(Shopping at Walmart online also provides a well-being bonus and peace of mind that comes with knowing that in order to get a wanted sales item, you won’t be trampled, shot, robbed, assaulted, pepper sprayed, or tased while shopping, an unfortunately common occurrence at Walmart stores on Black Friday. )
