- A: Yes you should get the vaccination. Even though you dislike both these women you should do it for the innocent baby who 'can' be affected by the flu through your fiance when he visits. It would be a big IF, but if you were to come in contact with the swine flu and not know it yet kiss your fiance goodbye and he go visit the baby and by chance passed it. I believe your a good person and wouldn't want to be responsible for getting that baby sick in anyway. Another reason is it would help keep the spread of it down. It really is a nasty little bug. I got it and after the flu, I got bronchitis cause I was so weak before and I am still battling that now 3 weeks later its a tough little virus to kick out of your home.
