- Do you really think the new name will stick?
- Q: I read that WHO has told people to stop calling the 'swine flu' the swine flu after people in Egypt started killing pigs in an effort to stop the influenza from spreading. They want people to start using the name H1N1 Influenza A. Do you really think people are going to call it that? I know, I know, it's the correct term, but still.
- A: I don't think people care enough to switch the name. Isn't the H1N1 Inluenza A name a little too difficult to say when you can just say the "swine flu". I think people will call it anything they want.
