The final skincare basic that I learned over the years came from a book that I read in high school. The book was for teen girls, and was filled with beauty tips from everyday teens.
The best tip that I got from one of the girls was to massage your face every day. She said that she watched her mother do it as a child, and she started doing it to, and it kept their skin looking great.
The massaging makes your blood circulate and it gives your skin a glow. After I heard that, I tried it out for a few days in a row, and I noticed that my face looked more awake than usual.
All I do is take a drop or two of oil, rub it on my fingertips, then start massaging my face. It does the same thing as a massage for the body does. It gets rid of the tenseness in the face, and leaves your face looking and feeling much better.
One last tip: after you massage for face, go down and massage your neck too.
