We live next to a lovely wood,
We see the deer and wish they would,
Find enough to eat all day,
And enjoy their deer-ish way.
They look all over for food to eat,
I’d like to them them a special treat.
They nibble here and nibble there,
And kill the fauna, unaware.
We have so many deer outside,
I wonder how they manage to survive.
The babies small next to their doe,
I wonder how their lives will grow.
