South Carolina rallied from a 17 point deficit to beat East Carolina. USC nipped Minnesota 19-17. South Florida surprised Notre Dame 23-20. Baylor shocked TCU 50-48. Maryland defeated Miami 32-24 in a game that went back and forth. Oregon, TCU, Georgia, and Miami were teams that fell out of my rankings this week. #21 South Florida, #23 Baylor, #24 Maryland and #25 Penn State all make their debut this week in my rankings.
