Wash your hair regularly

2. Condition
Use a scalp conditioner such as coconut oil, jojoba oil, vitamin e or castor oil
3. Moisturize
Use a moisturizer that penetrates the hair shaft rather than just cover the hair
4. Style as desired but use less heat
Use straightening and curling irons at least twice a week
5. Take your vitamins daily
Take a hair vitamin that contains biotin and collagen that are essential for the growth of your hair.

Nail care regimen
1. Wash hands
