How to Attract Happiness Through the Law of Attraction

The Law of Attraction is a thought belief that basically states whatever you think will become of you. In a realistic sense, it is basically saying that by focusing ones thoughts and beliefs on what you want, the universe will respond to those thoughts and rearrange the events in your life so you get what you desired. I personally learned how to use the Law of Attraction when I discovered the novel written by Rhonda Byrne titled “The Secret”. The book was actually based on a film of the same name. It was very popular among religious people, mostly because it explained what The Law of Attraction really is and how to apply it to your own life. Though it has received some amounts of skepticism, it is still believed to be real and practiced all over the world. I will share with you my experiences with The Law of Attraction and I am glad to tell you how to make a difference in your life.

I was around 14 years old when I discovered the Law of Attraction, subsequently when I learned how to use it I found it to be of great help to my life. The book and film gives phenomenal examples of how to bring happiness into your life, wealth and even good health. Of course when I was young, I didn’t use the Law of Attraction for any kind of logical things. In one section of the film, viewers were told as an example, to think of someone they haven’t seen in a while. Only think positive things about this person, think about all the good times that you’ve had with them and reflect upon it. My brother chose to follow this example and about a week or two later, he saw one of his old college friends walking out of the store! This is just one out of a million examples of the Law of Attraction, there are many ways to use it and bring it into your life.

To use the law of attraction to attract happiness into your life, first determine if you simply want to be happier, or if you have some underlying cause of your unhappiness. Also, identify why you aren’t as happy as you would like to be. Sometimes, you just may be feeling down for a couple of days. However, when it is becoming a constant thing for you to be unhappy, feel free to believe in the law of attraction and use it. Once you have determined why you are unhappy, think about all the positive things that make you happy, and focus on those things only. Constantly focus on things throughout the day that make you happy. For example, if getting into your pajamas after work and watching old movies makes you happy, then do it!

Take appreciation for the little things that make you happy and remind yourself multiple times a day that happiness will come to you, eventually. If you constantly think to yourself that you are unhappy, then chances are the universe is going to respond to those thoughts, continue to arrange the events in your life and keep you unhappy. On the flip side, if you think to yourself, I am a happy person because I am proud of myself, the universe will once again respond to that and will continue to arrange the events in your life that cause you to feel happy and proud.

Having faith is the most important thing when wanting to attract happiness into your life. We’ve all heard the saying “life is what you make it”, and literally, it is. It is very well explained in the Law of Attraction, so the most important thing is to just believe. If you are a person who finds happiness in money, there is a way you can become happy. Focus on your desires, and you will achieve!

Now here’s another example, you want that new car, but it is out of your price range. If you constantly tell yourself that you can’t afford the car, then once again, events will arrange in your life that continue to make you feel as if you can’t afford the car and never will. This is why having an optimistic attitude about your desires is important. First, visualize the car, and then tell yourself “If I work hard and save money, eventually I can get enough money to make the down payment, and eventually enough to pay for the monthly payment.” Remind yourself daily to repeat this quote to daily, if it helps, get a vision board. A vision board is a collage of your most wanted desires. Take a poster, and simply post pictures of that car you want on the board, as well as anything else you might want. Post your vision board somewhere so that you will see it every day. Every time you walk past the vision board, remind yourself that you will eventually get that car. Sure, you may have to work overtime to get that extra pay, but it will come to you with time and patience. Remember the facts, to save money and do what you have to do to get that car. Also, keep your faith, use your vision board to attract the things that you want and remember to think logically, and set realistic goals.

The above are just a few examples of how to use the law of attraction to attract happiness into your life. With persistence and faith, you can use the Law of Attraction to become the happiest person in the world. Anyone can be happy, it doesn’t matter what your income is, or where you live. The most important thing is to believe and have faith.
