‘House’ Season 8, Episode 8 ‘Perils of Paranoia’ Recap

“House” Season 8, episode 8, “Perils of Paranoia” aired on November 28, 2011. This article offers the nitty-gritty of the episode in a flash recap. As such it not only includes spoilers, but is a spoiler.

Episode in a flash:

Patient: Tommy a 42 year-old prosecutor (Vincent Spano)

Symptoms: Severe chest pain, fever, bleeding sore on leg, hallucination, psychosis, anaphylactic shock and respiratory arrest.

Diagnosis: Severe Diphtheria

Other events: Taub attempts to find Foreman a girlfriend, despite Foreman not wanting one. Foreman goes on a date and she turns out to be married, but he continues to date her anyway. The patient is worried the world will one day fall into chaos and has a secret bunker in his home filled with guns that Adams and Park discover while checking the home. Wilson attempts to best House by proving he does keep a gun. He finds one but House convinces him it’s not real even though it is. Its suggested the gun was house’s fathers. Park begins to feel like none of the other doctors respect her, and argues a lot with Adams. Adams feels that House wants her and Parks to fight and is turning them against one another for his own amusement. At the end of the episode Parks asks Chase out for drinks.
