Halloween Event
October 29, 2011 – Whaleysville, MD – Hallo”Wine”. 5 p.m. – 10 p.m. Held at Costa Ventosa Winery. Come out and enjoy a fun evening filled with wine from the four on the shore wineries, the band Bad Mojo, the haunted vineyard, a bonfire, hay rides, smores, face painting for the kids, and food. Advanced Tickets: Kids $10 and Adults $20. At the door: Kids $12 and Adults $25. A portion of the ticket sales will go to benefit the PJ Aldridge Foundation. Ghost Tours
October 9, 2011 – Wye Mills, MD – Haunted Eastern Shore Ghost Tour. Kitty Knight House, St. Paul’s Cemetery, Kent Manor Inn, Anni Belle Carter, Marshall Price’s Grave, Cosden Murder Farm, Wish Shppard’s Haunts. Discover the tale of the strange man mounted on a horse who is often seen approaching the Kent Manor Inn. Find out which bedroom is haunted by Kitty Knight at her famous colonial home. Guests will hear the history of these buildings and sites; listen to the legendary tales of ghosts, haunting and stories of the dead; and experience many of the sites up-close-and-personal.
