Fourth Cain Accuser Gives Details of Sexual Harassment

Lawyer Gloria Allred held a press conference yesterday with her client Sharon Bialek, the fourth woman to claim that Herman Cain sexually harassed her. Up until now, there have been three other women, but none have furnished any details concerning Cain’s alleged improprieties. Bialek has changed that by giving specific and somewhat lurid details concerning Cain.

Bialek claimed that Cain made sexual advances toward her during a visit she had made in 1997 to see if he could help her get a job with the American Restaurant Association. She stated that he reached for her genitals and pressed her head towards his crotch. When she protested, saying that she had a boyfriend and that she hadn’t come to Washington for this, Cain said “You want a job, right?”

Cain’s staff has released a statement denying the alleged encounter as it has the previous three accusations leveled at Cain. But how long can Cain keep on denying these claims before they seriously hurt his run for president. Before this most recent charge, his poll numbers were down by 9% , This latest charge may erode his ratings by a much more significant extent and take him completely out of the running.

One by one we have seen Republican candidates surge swiftly in popularity only to take a steep plunge in the ratings. First Michele Bachmann was the darling of the Tea Party. Then for a brief shining moment Rick Perry stole their hearts away. However, Rick just couldn’t cut it in the debates and his giddy bizarre performance in New Hampshire sealed his downfall. And now it is time for Herman Cain to be sent off the Island. Will Mitt Romney become the last man standing, or will some other dark horse come in and capture the prize? Stay tuned for the next episode of the reality show “Republican Campaign 2012″.
