Five Can’t Miss Hallmark Christmas Movies

Starting in November the Hallmark Channel starts showing Christmas movies. Here are 5 that no one should miss.

Mrs. Miracle – Who doesn’t love some James Van Der Beek? In this movie he plays a single dad still grieving the loss of his wife. His boys are very active twins and run every housekeeper away with their hectic boy ways. That is until Mrs. Miracle (Doris Roberts) comes along. Not only does Mrs. Miracle help change the boys’ behavior, she facilitates a relationship between Seth Webster (Van Der Beek) and Reba Maxwell (Erin Karpluk). Seth and Reba are both dealing with baggage from broken hearts. It’s a great feel good movie.

The Christmas Choir – This Hallmark movie is based on a true story. A workaholic accountant (Jason Gedrick) starts volunteering at a homeless shelter. Not only does his life change but so does the life of the homeless choir. He finds that the true meaning of Christmas is a state of mind.

The Ultimate Gift – Abigail Breslin is such a great child actor. In this movie she plays an outspoken little girl who is very sick. Jason (Drew Fuller) has to complete a series of tasks to receive his inheritance when his billionaire grandfather passed away. Throughout completing these tasks he befriends Emily (Abigail Breslin) and her mother Alexia (Ali Hillis). Not only is this a can’t miss Christmas Hallmark movie, it’s an excellent book!

Grandpa for Christmas – Ernest Borgnine plays a grandpa who didn’t even know he had a granddaughter until his daughter (Tracy Nelson) was in a car accident. Now Bert is raising a 10 year old until his daughter is healed. With encouragement Becca gets involved with the Christmas pageant. Watch to see how relationships mend.

Call Me Mrs. Miracle – Doris Roberts is at it again! Mrs. Miracle begins working at a store and brings Christmas joy in her charming, magical way. Holly (Jewel Staite) is raising her brother’s son Gabe because he is overseas. While shopping Holly runs into Jake (Eric Johnson) and sparks fly. Hallmark did it again, another great Christmas movie.

Merry Christmas, Hallmark Movie Style!
