One of these is that one to two cups of green tea per day can speed up your metabolism and help you burn 30 to 50 more calories a day. That adds up to three to five pounds per year. Adding green tea into your diet and staying away from drinks high in sugar like soda will enable you to lose extra pounds quickly.
