Q:my friend had sex with out a condom now she itchs and has what looks like burns around the genital area

she probably caught somethingSometimes it could be from too much friction. or maybe the latex in the condom. switch to lambskin and if that doesn't help..tell her to ask a doctor..could be a yeast infection.
Could be a slight allergic reaction to the semen. What looks like burns could just be from her scratching the area so much. Tell her to sit in a hot tub of water for about an hour and see if it subsides. If not, it might be necessary to see a gynecologist and let them make the diagnosis.
