Dry skin...?


Q:whenever I wash my face in the winter, like 15 minutes later, my face gets so dr y that there are pieces of skin coming off.Is there any creams of any sort with NO oil, because that would just make more acne, and I need to get rid of that.

I have dry skin on my face, arms and legs =[Just use a good quality moisturizer (doesn't have to be super good quality), my mom made me and my skin became soft and smooth.until I stopped using moisturizer, it went dry again. Some moisturizers don't have oil. Bad hygiene causes acne, not oil.
