A: I am one who likes to believe conspiracy theories but HIV is different.HIV is a virus, and we cant cure any Virus, its just the nature of the disease.Now, in Texas the Governor has just proposed a policy that will make all girl under the age of 13 have to take a vaccine for the HPV (Human papaloma Virus) that will make them immune to a particular strand.The reason they’re doing this is they cannot cure a virus but they can vaccinate and prevent infection in the first place.So, will we be able to cure HIV? Probably not, we can’t cure ANY other Virus.Will we be able to create a vaccine that protects us?
