Q: I have seen people throw up when they work out too hard. The other day I was working out with my personal trainer and I felt like I was going to get sick. Why is that?BTW I had not eaten for about 2 hours.

A: this only happens if you over exert yourself, if you are throwing up you need to back off a little until you are in better shape.

A: they are probably either overexerting themselves or possible they consumed too much food directly before training.In 25+ years I've never thrown up, not even when doing 20 rep squats with 500 lbs.
