Q: I’ve been looking everywhere on the internet (almost lol) that would explain to me where does my calories go after I burn them? I understand that calories are burned through enzymes and all of that, (it sounds like I don’t but I do) but I don’t know how it leaves my body? Q: I go on like 5-10 mins after eating supper and jog/walk for like 45 mins. it says the number of calories im burning on the screen but im wondering like does it sortof have an eraser effect…then do those calories I ate not count?

A: you really shouldnt go after eating u need to let your body digest the food a little bit ,, but it is great what you are doing u are just burning the excess calories that might get turned into fat depending on your size
