Q: I don’t want diet pills, want to know which vitamins, like A, B, C, ect.
A: There are really no specific vitamins that will increase fat burning to a noticable point. That falls into the hands of supplements (diet pills), which in my opinion don’t work to well themselves except for a small few.Diet is the key to burning fat. Take in slightly less calories then what your body needs to maintain weight, and make sure you get most of those calories from good foods. ex. Lean protein, Low glycemic carbs, and healthy fats. Another thing that you can do is to take your current daily diet, and spread it out over more meals. For example..if you are eating 3000 calories a day over 3 meals, that is 1000 Kcal per meal. Spread that out to 6 meals per day at 500 calories, and your body will be more likely to use most of those calories up without having to store such a huge surplus.
