A: If you go to any gym… by far the best answer ever given to me and what I see the trainers point out is the Elliptical Machine. It give you a FULL body work out. Your arms are in motion, it has NO impact on your body/knees. You are in a standing position and your whole body is moving unlike the bike where you are sitting and you rear end eventually gets numb and your upper body isn’t getting a work out or the treadmill where you are beating up your body with the impact. TRUST me, the elliptical machine is the best exercise machine out there and is what I wish my husband would buy me for Christmas… I would use it EVERY day!!!

A: Drinking redbull before an exercise is not harmful, as it matter of fact, it might make your exercise session to go fluently …however…Redbull has alot of caffeine and other ingredients which will make ya fall asleep or feel very tire afterwards….Best energy drink thus far out there, in my opinion, gotta be those 5..6..hours..small bottle…energy drinks..which I’m sure you’re familiar with by now…a bit pricey but, you won’t feel as “sluggish” after drinking these though!

Q: I’m not eating fast food or greasy crap like that but i do it foods like homemade hamburgers, spaghetti, and tv dinners sometimes. Usually less expensive food.
