Q: My husband works out all the time and has been doing it since he was a pre-teen because he got into doing Judo at that age.So of course he knows more about working out all the body parts better than I do but theres one thing we don’t agree on. He says it’s best not to eat before a workout, it is best to workout on an empty stomach. I’ve never done that before so I don’t see what difference it would make, but then again I’m only 5’7″ and 115lbs so of course I’m not gonna start making what I think are unhealthy habbits and not eat for a workout. A: just watched tv and got you tha answer – soup – yes, apparently a good gruell helps you stay less hungry longer, add some protien (not a lot). and this will drop calories. (providing you do this in moderation – 2000 cal a day?).part two: walk everywhere possible – can you manage a mile? don’t take the car or get someone to pick you up after you’ve wallk to desination ect.. for stamina and cal burner – up and down a small hill / incline still the best way, or stairs. you’ll feel and look fitter after a daily climb.always in moderation – 3 x 20mins a day is better than 1 hour. When you don’t feel like doing the above yell allowed “do it now” and then go to it.

Q: I have been working out since a year now. i gained bulk and i have a muscular body. But i am not able to flat my stomach. I mean my abdominal muscles are not toned. If you know of any stomach exercise which can help me achieve 6 packs please let me know.
A: Diet, is the key. If you’re eating well and getting in some ab work. That layer of fat will come off. The muscles are probably there, just covered up. A little more cardio will help also.
