keep your diet clean. stay away from junk foods, sweets, soda/pop and other sugary, starchy foods. do some push ups, squats, lunges, and sit ups before your cardio activity every other day.

Q: I’m a fitness junkie and in good shape except i get that lower pouch. Can anyone help me?
A: First it is all about diet. The stomach is the last place you lose weight. Do leg lifts. Lay flat on the floor and lift your legs up all the way and let them lower but do not touch the floor. Do about 4 sets of 15. Do reverse sit ups. Lay on the floor with your knees bent. Lift up your pelvic area and flex your lower abs (hold them in). Keep your upper back on the floor at all times. Do about 4 sets of 15. Hanging legs lifts are great. Not sure if you have anywhere to do these.
