A: since we are liacking info on you i’ll start from the basics. 1st – lose excess weight. that one should be a given, but the less weight you are trying to get up, the higher you’ll go. 2nd – get faster. sprint drills are helpful. but the faster you are, the more springiness, and explosion you’ll gave when lifting off. 3rd – increase strength in your CALVES. that is the primary source of your jumping ability. simple calf lifts will help with this since you don’t want to use fancy weights.
