Once you loose the fat the key is diet. Know this, you could do sit ups crunches all day and that really is not going to give you the abs. You have to lessen the fat bewteen the muscles and the outside. Only then will you see your abs. Your priority should be more cardio. Running, biking, things like that. Watch your diet.
