A: Well so if you are wanting to get in shape for the Coast Guard threes first two options you can do. First that I recommend which cost money is to get a personal trainer to help you get in shape. Who knows, there the masters on getting fit. They could make you swim, lift weights, run, who knows.Now if you don’t want a personal trainer, you should exercise EVERY DAY.
