A: I think, i very agree with this opinion: Most people have this preconceived notion that yoga is only for the rich and famous. In fact, some people who are a little bit interested in yoga become discouraged even before they start with the discipline because they see it as difficult and very demanding.Yoga is really all about promoting good health and good mind to achieve happiness.
Is there a hot yoga class in Toronto that isn’t full of hippies and spiritual stuff?
Q: I want to try hot yoga, but the idea of being in a room where silence is mandatory and the fragrance in my fabric softener is an issue makes me uncomfortable. Also, I’m not particularly spiritual and I’d prefer it not be that sort of place.
