A: You cant just lose on one part of your body, you have to encorporate a healthy diet in order to lose wieght anywhere. Try eating more high protien, low fat foods like chicken breast, tuna, shrimp, deli turkey and ham. Low fat cheeses and low fat milks. Try staying AWAY from carbs, eat only carbs from veggies and fruit. And if you must eat some carbs, eat whole wheat and low carb breads. Also do push ups, pull ups, use free wieghts. Building muscle in your arm will burn more fat in that area.
