What excercises would you suggest for agility, muscular endurance and aerobic capacity ?
Q: This is for volleyball and im stuggling to find nes things to help me
A: OK. Lots of options here. For agility, you want to basically be changing direction as much as you can, as often as you can. So do things like:- ladder exercises (get a long ladder, lay it out and step lightly into the gaps between the rungs)- mark out a box about 30″ square and hop/jump (left, right, both) from corner to corner and to the centerMuscular endurance: do light weights in the gym. Not soo light that they’re easy, but not too heavy.Aerobic capacity: run, skip, bike, use the treadmill/elliptical trainer, anything that gets your heart beating fast and keeps it there. All kinds of options, really.Good luck.
