How do you lose thigh fat with out pills or buying something?
Q: Something you can do at home!! Not something you have to go buy. I need a simple at home project on how to lose some thigh fat before August 24 or 15!!!
A: Run like crazy. Hit the treadmill or the cardio room at your gym 4-5 times a week. Make sure that you’re sweating and panting. You want to burn fat from your entire body, since you can’t “spot reduce”. If your thighs are the first place you gain weight, they will be the last to go…or if everything but your thighs are slim, then it’s likely you’re going to have a bit of work to do before you get that one specific area to look the way you want it to. Try Interval training…running at higher speeds, in spurts, for shorter periods of time, then “rest” by jogging. It will help you get more bang for your buck, and it’ll help tone your legs and reduce some of the jiggles. Also try running up hills or stairs for some variety, or take a spin class a couple times a week. But don’t forget….Make sure you’re eating right. Otherwise, all the cardio and sweating in the world won’t get you to your goal.
