I would stretch out well before you exercise but when you start to feel the pain put your arms above your head while you are walking and that should help. I always does with me. Don’t drink to much water it contributes to this.

A: You’re probably not breathing properly. It happens to me quite a bit but I’ve learned how to control them. If you’re taking really shallow breaths (just through your chest) you’ll usually get them. Try breathing deep breaths through your nose, down through your belly like you do when you’re relaxed. If you’ve done yoga or meditation they teach you how to do it. Work on regulating your breathing when you run and you’ll get rid of them. Also, when you breathe out through your mouth contract your abs and really push the air out. Another issue is you could be dehydrated and need some water. Usually it’s just the breathing.

A: 1.) Drink water throughout the day2.) Bananas are very helpful, throw one in your lunch3.) Breathe normally. If you huffing, etc, you need to slow down a tad bit and get to a normal breathing level.4.) If you get one, run through it. Walking does no better and they go away faster if you just keep running5.) I wouldn’t suggest raising your arm etc or anything while your running as that tends to make you dizzier etc but when your finished, hands behind your head and stay standing up to get rid of them6.) Get your mind off them. Talk with a friend
