Q: It’s hard for me to get out of the house, mostly because I’m not supposed to leave when my mom i snot home, which is a lot of the time. Q: I had my son 16 months ago and I have gained a lot of weight since before I had him. I also had a C-Section which I know makes it a little harder to lose. I have lost 20 pounds since Jan. which I can tell because I have went down in pant sizes and by the scale of course but when I look at myself I feel like I am getting bigger. However I do want to lose some weight but it is hard when you are a single mom and can’t go and workout whenever you want. It is getting to be cold here and it gets cold here in MI and I don’t want to have to take my kid outside for a walk or something and have him get a cold. I am eating better then I use to but I am a very picky eater so all that real healthy stuff I can’t stand and also it can be priced a little high at the stores. I avoid eating junk food and try not to eat past 7 or 8. But can anyone tell me some things to do around the house or with my son that will help me out or some eating things that I might like and don’t cost a lot.
