A: First of all congrads from myself. Ok. Your issue is your ‘muffin’. You can do all the sit ups and abdominal workouts in the world but the key to getting great definition in your stomach is SWEAT and lots of reps. Try laying on your back and doing a full body crunch or lower leg raises (lots of reps). When doing a FULL BODY CRUNCH don’t let your feet touch the ground in the straight leg position. This will increase the intensity. When doing a LEG RAISE, use small pumping motions up and down. Make your stomach SWEAT. This should help. I wish you the best.
