- A: well im 5’6″, 106, and female. same age as you actually :Plast summer i had the same problem and i started going for hour walks once a day. also, i got a copy of the CANADIAN food guide (the new one) and followed it exactly. the weight seemed to just float off. drinking lots of water and no sugary drinks also helps. wat your doing sounds good but, add some sit ups everyday too about 20 when u wake up and 30 before bed. that also works.
