Q: HELP ME!After you give me your answer to my question, give me ideas on dieting & exercise ideas.[I’m already doing Tennis conditioning this whole summer every Monday, Wednesday & Friday. Also, im on the Tennis team for next year.]PLEASE HELP ME!
A: First of all, kudos to you for getting up the drive to become more healthy! I would say that around 120 or 130 pounds is the ideal weight for someone your age and height. So far as dieting goes, you need to eat three major meals a day. For breakfast, have Honey Nut Cheerios. They’re really good, and more healthy for you. If you don’t like those, you can try some other kind of Cheerios (In my opinion, Cheerios are the best tasting ‘healthy’ cereal. They don’t taste like cardboard like the rest.) And drink a glass of orange juice. For lunch, grab a ham or turkey sandwich, a salad, a fruit salad, a bowl of soup, or something else that’s low in calorie-intake. For dinner, you can have a bowl of spagetti and meatballs, or some kind of chicken (not fried). Basically, you don’t have to go on a ‘diet’ where they won’t let you eat carbs or sugars or anything like that. Just stay smart about it all. And anytime you feel like a snack, grab some water, low-fat lemonade, or a fruit juice instead. For dessert, you can eat strawberries or pineapple or some kind of other sweet-tasting fruit. For exercising, tennis is amazing! Also, you need to do some kind of exercise on Tuesday, Thursday, and the weekends. You can walk around your block a couple of times, or even put on some music in your room, lock your doors, and dance all around you room to it. That can be a workout. Do ten sit-ups before you go to bed every night. It’s not a lot, but when done repetitively, it’ll do a lot. Hope all this helps!

How much should a 15 year old girl who is 5.9 foot weigh?
Q: I would say i had a medium build if that helps
A: This is for if you are 5’9″To be in a medically considered “normal” weight rangeyou should weigh between 125 and 168.5 lbsThis is obviously a large rangeweighing under 125 would make you medically “underweight” and weighing over 168.5 would make you medically “overweight”to be considered “obese” you would have to weight 203+ lbsTo be at the best possible weight for that “normal” range I would reccomend on weighing between 135-155 lbsI don’t know your exact body type…but say you haven’t completely reached puberty yet it wouldn’t be bad to be under 135 since you may not have developed curves yet…or maybe you still have that baby weight that takes longer for some people to lose. But ya…that’s basically Science speakingif you are 59″ then you should be resting just below 100 lbs to be healthybut I think you mean 5’9″….
