A: These previous answers are almost there.Because you are asking about motors in kW’s I have to assume that you are using the european standards for motor ratings.This measures the output of the motor, NOT the input as the americans do with HP.This means that when you are calculating the amps you MUST include the efficiency of the motor.I use a conservative estimate of 0.76 pf and 0.89 effthe formula should look like thisI=(Kw X 1000)/(E X pf X Eff)where E= volts, pf=power factor, eff= efficiency This yields a result of 30.78 Amps @415VIts always better to assume the worst. (also if you are wiring this a long distance from your motor starter, you may want to include volt drop in the calculation)

Q: I have them right now but they kind come and go but i dont know what im doing to get them. Anyone know of a good exercise to work them out?
A: A few exercises that keep mine nice and defined:1. leg lifts- I’m not sure what the equipment is called, but its where your legs are dangling and your back is pressed against the equipment while your Depending on your strength, either bring your knees to your chest or extend your legs straight. On this excercise, MAKE SURE your lower back is pressed against the cushion or at least not moving. You only want your body below the V to move. I usually do 3 sets of 30-402. lay facing up on a bench so that your butt is still on the bench, but your legs are off.( I also do this at home on my bed sometimes, using my hands to grip the sides of the bed for support.) Start with your legs facing the ceiling with knees bent facing forward. Move your legs down and up, similar to the previous excercise. You can either do straight leg or bent.3. Sit ups on decline bench- The decline bench (where your legs are between the cushions) is key. You can do tons of stuff on this. Do either regular situps, situps where you turn your torso to either side, or just make up stuff that works for you. For excercises that you turn to the side, stabilize your body with the V and your abs- you WILL feel the burn. For a harder workout, use a medicine ball.I like to workout my obliques and lower back as well with other exercises to strengthen my overall core.The real key to getting the V is doing whatever exercises you find to work for you, and doing them Slowwwwly and controlled. Focus on using your V as much as you can with these. I can’t emphasize this enough. If you do them fast and uncontrolled, you might hurt your back, you definately won’t get as good results, or you might develop uneven muscles.If your aren’t doing so already, eating healthy is just as important to getting ripped as working out is. The good thing about having the V is that once those muscles are developed, your abs can be a little flabbier and still look good.
