A: Well first take a deep breath and relax. everybody has that extra fat or sag that they want to get rid of. I think that these things will help you get rid of ur rolls. 1. Go to your nearest gym and speak with a fitness consultant and see if you can get an appointment with a personal trainer. That will be the fastest way to get rid of the fat that you don’t want, also the trainer will be able to work one-on-one with you and be able to give you great insight on what you need to do in order to reach your goal.2. Make a chart and set some goals that you want to be reached and by what time. That way you’ll be organized and see your improvement as time progresses.3. Make sure to rid your house of all unhealthy/comfort foods. and mayb instead of having three big meals a day; try have 6 mini meals. BUT DO NOT STOP EATING! thats a big no no! that will actually slow down your fat burning process. Also stay away from crash diets, yes they may possibly work but they will literally crash your system.4. Lastly if you cant afford a coach try walking for 15-30mins everyday and b4 going to bed try to do push ups/situps/planks etc. at first do 5 a night but as time goes on and 5 more. If you have a very busy schedule buy an exercise video or look up 10min exercise videos on youtube.com. Also at every gym they have exercise classes that are really fun and they make it seem like you’re not even working out! Q: I’m about 5’2″ and weigh about 120lbs and very bottom heavy always have been i have a super small waste i find a size 1 pant for waist is appropriate but i would say a 5-6 for the thigh and butt area its frustrating i really want to tone up but i find most exercises are either to hard or to boring please help!!
A: here is the tip i can give you….you never do a special workout to tone one specific part of the body. in the end, you probably wont get the results you were looking for.instead, go on a workout plan that works every muscle group in the body, especially the major muscle groups. another good tip is to get lots of cardio! not only is it better, but you will lose weight faster in those areas by using every muscle grouprun 🙂
