Decide which muscle group you intend to work on that particular day and do it. Then do another muscle group the next day, allowing the previous muscle group to rest and rebuild. Q: will i build muscle strength and size faster doing full body exercises like pushups, chinups etc working the full body 3 days a week or doing a 3 day split using ree weights to work a muscle group really hard once a week? (i dont care about fat loss)
A: Split it up. Work youre legs with weights one day doing sqauts and things like that and do push ups and pullups in between sets. The next day work your arms with weights bench pressing and curls.
