A: You should not do tons of reps if you want to build muscle mass. (75 is WAY too many). To get the maximum increase in size in the shortest amount of time you should do very few reps with a heavy weight. (Three sets of 10, 8, 6, for example.) The amount of weight you use will depend on your own personal fitness level, but the weight should be heavy enough that the sets are difficult for you to complete, and should start burning on the second or third rep. Just doing tons of reps will make you toned, but won’t build any size and actually may DECREASE the size of your butt.Additionally you should not only do squats (which tend to work the thighs more than the butt), but also leg presses and reverse lunges as well. Again use the same basic formula as above: Few reps, heavy weight.(P.S.: Someone suggested deadlifts. These might help too, but they tend to work the back more than the butt. I recommend doing at LEAST three different butt exercises though, for maximum results)

A: The increase is size is dependent entirely on ur food intake and not exercise. Eat only when hungry and not more than thrice a day. Nothing other than water in between. Include plenty of uncooked vegetables and fruits in each meal, preferably 50%. Chew each morsel at least 32 times to activate ur body to generate signals of hunger/fullness. Obey these signals.Take light exercises and brisk walks regularly preferably twice a day.U will achieve what u have not even dreamt and that too in a reasonable time. Do not be in a hurry.
