A: It is not possible to spot reduce fat in just one part of your body, like your stomach. In order to lose stomach fat you will need to lose the fat all over your body.In short you may need to start:1) Eating healthier, this means:Eat smaller mealsEat more meals a dayDon’t starve yourselfEat more vegetables and fruitDrink more waterLess sugars and empty calories (less soft drinks, cakes, cookies)Switch to whole wheat versions of your bread and pasta, brown rice instead of white rice2) Exercising:Forget crunches, crunches work your ab muscles but they don’t burn enough calories to lose belly fat, if you do hundreds of crunches daily you will have great abs but you wont see them under your belly fat.Prefer full body exercises they burn the most calories and increase you metabolism for a few hours after your workout.Get a training partner or a fitness trainer, a very worthwhile investment – of the money you save on junk food for example =)Try also to reduce stress and get enough sleep. Both of these are related to weight gain and emotional eating. For more try: http://www.flatstomachtips.comI wish you all the best,John
Can riding bikes help lose wait?
Q: I’ve been riding my a lot since school has been out. (May 29) And I don’t think I’ve lost any weight. I’ve been weighing myself though, and I haven’t been losing so much. It’s only been about a pound or two a week that I’ve lost! So can riding bikes lose weight? I’d really like to know this, so please answer my freaking question!
A: Yes, cycling is very good for losing weight. You want to learn to pedal with a high cadence 70-90 rpm’s with a lite pressure on the pedals. That will use your slow twitch muscles that use fat as a fuel. You also want to take it easy for the first 10 min to warm up. After the warm up pick a gear that will get your breathing to the point where you can still talk but not sing. When you need to catch your breath or your legs start to hurt drop down a gear or two and keep going. You want to ride for distance not speed, the speed will increase automatically as you get stronger.Cycling is very efficient and and you wont burn a whole lot of calories at first. The more you bike and the stronger you get the more calories you will burn. If you are not breathing hard or sweating you are not doing enough.
what part or parts of the body does bike riding help lose weight on?
Q: also if you have any ways to lose weight on upper legs and thighs plz tell me
A: Bike riding gives you a cardio workout, so you are burning calories, helping you to control you total body weight. It does tone all parts of your leg and butt, slimming it down. Bike riding is a really good workout for the legs and butt. The best workout for legs and thighs are squats. Look up videos on youtube for how to do them properly. (not the squats with the weight bar)
