Hopefully, the above sites will help you find a way of volunteering and offering services in the Palm Desert Area. The author does not recommend any particular organization or site. I also suggest you investigate any organization before volunteering. This is not an endorsement but rather a starting point on finding volunteer opportunities that match your time limitations, interests and geographics. I will state that I plan to volunteer at the Living Desert.
